What happens in this preview
Nova’s optional planning draft stays in this browser tab and survives navigation within the site. Refreshing or closing the tab clears it. It is separate from any information submitted through your signed-in care workspace.
Starting a Nova conversation requires your agreement. Voice or typed messages are processed through LiveKit and its model providers. This app does not request audio recordings or provider transcript exports; provider processing is separate. By default Nova’s conversation text stays in this tab. If saved conversations are available and you separately opt in, committed text turns and selected planning preferences are encrypted and stored for up to 30 days after your last turn. You can reopen or delete them from the same browser. Do not share medical reports, passports, credentials or payment details in Nova. Closing Nova ends the session and releases the microphone. Ordinary technical requests may be recorded by hosting infrastructure.
Saved journey plans and partner inquiries
Saving a journey stores your selected services, care interest and travel preferences for 30 days, linked to a browser cookie. No raw search message is saved with that plan. You can delete it from Saved plans. Clearing browser cookies removes your access. Partner inquiries store the business and contact details you submit for an authorized team member to review; submitting does not publish a provider.
Before live services open
A complete privacy notice will identify the operating entity, purposes, processors, retention, rights, and privacy contact. Consent and secure access flows will be implemented before medical intake.
