Medical care
A clinician’s plan sets the scope. The estimate should list what it assumes and what it leaves out before you accept.
Compare prices at home and in India for common treatments, see what a clear quote should show, then add up your own estimates.
Typical prices where you live, beside Prognova’s starting prices in India, for treatments people often travel for.

A real quote keeps the medical plan separate from the trip around it. Prices on this site never create a payment.
Ask for a quoteA clinician’s plan sets the scope. The estimate should list what it assumes and what it leaves out before you accept.
Flights, rooms, transfers and support appear as separate lines, each with quantities and supplier terms.
Prognova’s fee and what it covers sit apart from medical and supplier charges.
Nothing is charged until you have a written quote and agree to it.
Enter your own estimates in USD. Each entry retains its original amount and currency when you change display currency. Published reference rates update daily. Leave an unknown cost blank; enter 0 only if that item is not needed. A contingency is your chosen allowance, not a guarantee against extra costs.
The worksheet does not send or save these amounts. Reloading clears them. Read the calculation method.
Write the supplier, date, currency and exclusions next to each real estimate you collect.
The worksheet keeps every amount in the currency you entered. It converts for display with daily Frankfurter reference rates, which are not the rates you would pay. Totals show two decimals, with a rounding line where needed.
Leave a cost blank if you don’t know it yet, and enter zero only if you don’t need that item. Rooms count by rooms and nights; flights and daily costs count by traveller. While a required cost is blank, the worksheet won’t say whether you are within budget.
The example amounts only show how the sums work. They are not market prices or a sign that any treatment fits a budget.
