Planning calls
A free planning call is a non-medical conversation about your trip: dates, hospitals, travel, a place to stay and costs. Our team reviews each request and contacts you to agree a time; the time you suggest is a preference until we confirm it. A planning call does not create a treatment plan, a booking or a payment, and it is not medical advice.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are Prognova’s starting prices in India. Your final price depends on the treatment plan your doctor agrees with you, and you receive it in a written quote that lists what is included and what is not. Consultations and flights are included only when your quote lists them. Visa fees, taxes and services not listed are excluded unless your quote says otherwise. Prices shown for your home country are typical prices, given for comparison.
Clinical decisions
Hospitals and doctors provide your care and make every clinical decision, including whether a treatment suits you and when it is safe to travel. Prognova coordinates the practical side of your trip and does not give medical advice.
The Prognova Health app and Nova
These terms also cover the Prognova Health app for Android and iPhone. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Nova, our AI guide, answers practical questions; it can be wrong, and its answers are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and call your local emergency number in an emergency. In the app, you can report any Nova reply.
Bookings, changes and complaints
Payment, cancellation and refund terms for your hospital, accommodation and other services are set out in your quote before you agree to it. If something goes wrong, email hello@prognovahealth.com and a coordinator will respond.
